About the author:
Julia Hart has worked in corporates in the Netherlands for more than 25 years. Born and educated as a journalist in the UK, she moved to the Netherlands in the early 1990s and began her corporate career shortly afterwards. She describes working at these large organizations as ‘fascinating and educational yet challenging and tough’. It was when she began to train as a Professional Executive Coach years later at Henley Business School in the UK that she understood what it really takes to be successful in this environment.
